This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you (“User”) and Stevens & Company LLC (“Stevens & Company”) governing your access to and use of this website and any related content (the “Site”). 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEVENS & COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. STEVENS & COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stevens & Company and its principals, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or breach of this Agreement.
10. Termination
Stevens & Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, the license granted in Section 1 ends and you must cease all use of the Site.
11. Governing Law; Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
12. Changes to this Agreement
Stevens & Company may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
